Brand
We developed a brand that could carry the team’s existing industry knowledge into the consumer market while presenting the business in a fresh and distinctive way.
Valour
Brand development, showroom launch, website development, founder-led content, showroom content, social media, paid advertising and ongoing marketing management.
Valour was a new brand, but the experience behind it was not new.
Through GBS, the team brought more than 30 years of experience in the tile and bathroom sector. They understood the products, the industry and what customers needed.
What they did not have was a consumer-facing brand.
There was no established B2C presence, showroom, website, social media audience or sales history under the Valour name.
The challenge was to turn that experience into a clear and credible retail brand that customers could discover, trust and visit.
We helped build Valour’s B2C presence from the ground up.
We developed a brand that could carry the team’s existing industry knowledge into the consumer market while presenting the business in a fresh and distinctive way.
We supported the opening of the showroom, creating a physical space where customers could explore the products and benefit from the team’s experience directly.
We also launched a new showcase website designed to present the brand, its product range and its showroom clearly online.
The content gives customers practical advice, explains important product decisions and shows the knowledge behind Valour.
We continue to manage Valour’s marketing month to month, bringing the brand, content, social media and advertising together under one clear direction.
More than 30 years of industry knowledge now sits behind a clear and credible B2C identity.
Founder-led content allows customers to see the knowledge and experience behind the business.
Valour went from having no consumer footprint to an operating showroom, showcase website and active social media presence.
Valour has grown its social media presence to more than 1,600 followers.
Regular showroom content and paid advertising keep the products visible and encourage potential customers to experience them in person.
Valour has an ongoing marketing operation rather than relying on occasional campaigns or disconnected activity.
